After having studied industrial engineering, he began his professional career in the automotive industry in sales, marketing and business development and spent one year in Japan to work for one of the largest Japanese automotive suppliers.
In order to broaden his experience he joined one of the world-renowned car manufacturers as a marketing manager for product marketing in Japan and South America as well as a consultant for marketing strategy for North and South America respectively.
In 1994 he made up his mind to start his own business and decided to found a HR consulting firm in Munich for which he was responsible for business development and expansion for the last twenty years. As CEO his focus is naturally the automotive industry as well as the industry sector.
Simultaneously he also in charge of developing networks and cooperation models as well as the continuous improvement of systems and processes in HR consulting.
During the last twenty years in consulting he has successfully developed several brands which operate successfully on the market until today.
