Klaus Scholbeck started his professional career in the human resources department at the Munich Airport. His stations have taken him from a technical insurance company and a major Munich mechanical engineering company towards the fields of media and the pharmaceutical industry. In those companies he was responsible for the HR departments and has worked also as an expert for compensation & benefits.
In 2012 he has founded a consulting company in the field of compensation & benefits and is until now the Managing Partner in the German-speaking region.
At Senator Executive Search Partners he accompanies the sector compensation & benefits (job rating, bonus systems, fringe benefits, salary surveys and the employee retention).
