    Matthias Barhainski works as Partner in our competence centers car dealerships and construction / building services / facility management. After graduating from the University of Passau with a MBA he started his professional career in a small intersectional, all-inclusive headhunting company in Munich. There he was able to learn the business from scratch. He gathered many years' experience at a nationwide HR Consulting Group and is a man right from the start of Senator Executive Search Partners. Due to his broad knowledge in placement of technical and commercial positions he actively assists clients in their personnel selection and competent candidates on their way to new challenges and careers. He is known for always finding the right candidates for his customers.

    Andreas Berger

    Andreas Berger works as a Partner in our competence centers consumer goods,  digital & online business as well as trade & services.

    Andreas Berger studied economics with focus on marketing and retail business. After graduating as MBA he worked in executive positions in the branded goods industry sector and retail business for many years, before he was fascinated by the people business as freelance management consultant. In the last decade he worked successfully for two renowned Executive Search companies, before he joined Senator Executive Search Partners.

    In our team he is in charge of mid-sized clients in the branded goods and lifestyle business, production and retail, as well as service companies. He also coaches companies of all industry sectors in the digital transformation process. Companies adjusting their business models and cultural fits to a new cross-linked digital business world. He is focused on a range of topics going from e-commerce to online marketing.

    Dr. Armin Betz

    After having studied industrial engineering, he began his professional career in the automotive industry in sales, marketing and business development and spent one year in Japan to work for one of the largest Japanese automotive suppliers. 

    In order to broaden his experience he joined one of the world-renowned car manufacturers as a marketing manager for product marketing in Japan and South America as well as a consultant for marketing strategy for North and South America respectively. 

    In 1994 he made up his mind to start his own business and decided to found a HR consulting firm in Munich for which he was responsible for business development and expansion for the last twenty years. As CEO his focus is naturally the automotive industry as well as the industry sector. 

    Simultaneously he also in charge of developing networks and cooperation models as well as the continuous improvement of systems and processes in HR consulting.

    During the last twenty years in consulting he has successfully developed several brands which operate successfully on the market until today.

    Udo Brauer

    Udo Brauer started his professional career in the sales department of one of the leading German car manufacturers. During his career he held various positions in sales and marketing within the sales’ organization. 

    In 2004 he moved on to executive search consulting, first as senior consultant, then as a branch manager and finally as CEO.

    At Senator Executive Search Partners, he specializes in finding the right candidates for aviation, space flight and defense engineering as well as car dealers and plant engineering.

    His strengths are a meticulous and systematic work approach and his excellent communication skills to customers and clients.

    Daniel Fertl

    Daniel Fertl works in our competence center composite technology and automation industry.

    After his commercial studies and his training within a large headhunting firm he was able learn the most important methods in the industry. His main task is project management, particularly the cold approach and the handling of candidates.

    He repeatedly has faced difficult positions to recruit in his area of expertise, which he has been able to fill many times.

    For him the main motivation in his work is the desire to accompany candidates to the next career level and thereby help them fulfill their next career steps. He particularly thinks it is important to have a trusting and respectful relationship with candidates.
