We present only personnel interviewed candidates. You always receive originial applications and documents as well as a convincing dossier with the candidates professional and social skills and characteristics.
By request we can provide you with a suitability diagnostic. Therefore we use modern suitability diagnostic and reflect candidates with comparably profiles of the same professional category.
Interview and dossier
Suitable candidates are personally spoken with and the one with the highest potential are invited to a interview in person. After a detailed analysis of potential candidates we compile a dossier.
Selection and presentation
After sending you the confidential dossier, the consultants present our clients the candidates in person.
